Richard obtained his Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation from the New Brunswick Community College and a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR) designation from Arizona State University.

He has been with CSA Enterprises Ltd. since 1993 and is an active member of Electro-Federation Canada and the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES). In his spare time he enjoys any outdoor activity and spending time with his wife & son.
